Dialogue between leaders and students of Faculty of Mechatronics and Electronics

On August 18, the Faculty of Mechatronics and Electronics organized a meeting between leaders and students in the 2023-2024 academic year. This is a regular activity of the Faculty in order to answer students' questions, listen to feedback as well as support and provide information related to students to improve the quality of management, teaching and learning.

The dialogue between leaders and students is also one of the activities that actively contributes to the goal of improving training quality and student support activities. Thanks to this, the Faculty's leaders can grasp students' thoughts and aspirations, also provide students with the University's guidelines and policies, rights and obligations of students during their study. Hereby, the Faculty can promptly deal with the legitimate requests and needs of students in order to create the best conditions for students in the process of studying and training at the Faculty.

Attendees of the meeting were the Faculty's leaders including DSc. Pham Van Toan - Dean and MSc. Le Hoang Anh - Vice Dean; faculty members and representative students at all levels.

During the meeting, students raised many questions focusing on issues related to scholarships, rewards, graduation conditions, regulations,... Representing the Faculty, the leaders answered and explained clearly these concerns and queries, and also pointed out plans to develop student-centered activities in the coming time.
