The Faculty of IT Successfully Organizes IAB 2024-2025
On March 4, 2025, the Faculty of Information Technology successfully organized the 2024-2025 IAB conference with the core theme of "Connecting Businesses and Universities to Promote the Application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Education, Meeting the Actual Needs of the Market."

The program saw active participation from many leading technology companies such as FPT Corporation, KENDA Company, IMGroup, Hoang Gia Software Company, VNPT, the Vietnam E-commerce Association, and state management agencies like the Dong Nai Customs Department, along with the presence of lecturers, leaders, and students from the Faculty of IT. During the event, the Faculty of IT presented outstanding achievements in its collaboration with businesses, particularly the attainment of standards for the IT and E-commerce majors since 2022, strong expansion of international cooperation since 2024, and visits and internships at companies such as KENDA, FPT, and IFM.

Participating businesses also shared their experiences and emphasized the importance of a close connection between businesses and universities. An IMGroup representative provided feedback on the essential skills for students to effectively apply AI in e-commerce, including managing product images and optimizing automated advertising campaigns. An FPT Corporation representative pledged strong support through specific, regular, and practical training programs, and expressed readiness to actively participate in specialized workshops and events organized by the Faculty. Representatives from Hoang Gia Company, the Dong Nai Customs Department, the Vietnam E-commerce Association, FPT Software, and others all affirmed their commitment to accompanying the Faculty in training activities, conferences, and specialized events. These efforts aim to create practical opportunities for students to enhance their skills to meet the increasingly high demands of businesses.

The event successfully affirmed the clear role and importance of the connection between businesses and universities, creating a solid foundation for students to develop comprehensively and meet actual recruitment needs in the current context of strong digital transformation. The presence and constructive feedback from businesses not only help improve the quality of education but also open up many meaningful cooperation opportunities between the university and businesses. The Faculty hopes that in the coming time, the relationship between the Faculty of IT and businesses will grow stronger, creating favorable conditions for students to gain practical experience, enhance their skills, and meet the demands of the labor market.
