Faculty Of English Language Hosts Student Feedback Session On The "Student Journey"

On the morning of March 11, 2026, the Faculty of English Language (FEL) at Lạc Hồng University held a consultation session to gather student feedback on the "Student Journey"

.

The meeting took place in Room D204 (Campus 2), chaired by Mr. Đặng Thi – Vice Dean of the Faculty, with the participation of student representatives from various cohorts within the Faculty.

Student Journey: Mapping the Learner Experience

The "Student Journey" is defined as a visual map that outlines the entire process of learning, training, and personal development for students from enrollment to graduation. Building this journey not only helps the Faculty increase student retention rates but also serves as a foundation to optimize support services, thereby delivering the most personalized and practical experiences.

During the session, Mr. Đặng Thi provided an overview of the core objectives and content of the Student Journey project. He emphasized that this serves as a "compass" to help students proactively navigate their academic paths and reach key milestones for their future careers.

Recording Positive Student Feedback

In an open and constructive atmosphere, student representatives provided several objective and positive evaluations:

Clearer Visualization: The majority of students agreed that the Student Journey helps them visualize their academic goals more clearly and demonstrates the Faculty’s profound commitment to each individual's growth.

Proactive Engagement: Upper-year students expressed significant interest and a desire to participate in additional modules and activities within this project to further enhance their skills and self-development.

High Expectations: Numerous questions were raised regarding the implementation methods and specific activities for each stage, reflecting high expectations for the program's practical application.

Concluding the meeting, the Faculty leadership acknowledged and highly valued the enthusiastic contributions from the students. This feedback serves as crucial data for the Faculty to refine and finalize the Student Journey project.

The success of this session goes beyond mere feedback collection; it reinforces the student-centric philosophy of the Faculty of English Language. In the near future, the "Student Journey" is set to become an effective "companion," bringing sustainable value to the LHU student community.
