"Winning the employer" colloquy to be held

Upon acceptance and consent by the University Management Board and Faculty of International Economics Administration's leadership, recently Economic Club held a talk with the theme "Winning the employer" at Meeting hall A 301, Campus 1 - LHU.

The talk was attended by speakers Vo Van Chung, M.A - Head of Human Resources Division, HD Bank ; Luu Ngoc Liem, M.A - Head of Human Resources Management Subject; Mr. Bui Anh Tuan - Recruitment Supervisor, Scancom Vietnam Co. Ltd., and Dr. Nguyen Van Tan - Dean of Faculty of International Economics Administration, and a large number of lecturers and students at all levels.

This is one of activities that the Faculty wishes to bring to students during their learning process. From there, they can accumulate experienced lessons, knowledge, skills as well as set up suitable learning plans. The talk "Winning the employer" offered participants useful experience and skills such as How to present profiles to make first impressions; Avoiding some mistakes in interviews; Some important notes in interviews; Answering skills as well as brand name and self-image  building skills.

Through this talk, Faculty of International Economics Administration wishes to equip students with essential skills, a general view of enterprises,  requirements set for students as well as challenges to get success when integrating with businesses. Also at the event, students ebulliently took part in games designed by the Economic Club. In addition, the speaker gave responses to questions and provided sincere advice to students.

Experience and lessons drawn from the talk will help students be confident in the competition "Trial interviews" held by the Economic club at the end of upcoming April.

To close the talk, on behalf of the Faculty, Dr. Nguyen Van Tan presented souvenir gifts and flowers in place of his sincere thanks to speakers.
