Gathering to celebrate International Women's Day

In harmony with the joyful atmosphere to celebrate the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8, 1910 – 2025), the 1985th anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung Uprising, and the International Day of Happiness (March 20), the Labor Union of LHU organized a gathering on the morning of March 6, 2025, featuring various vibrant activities dedicated to female educators and staff.

The event was honored to welcome Dr. Do Thi Lan Dai – Chairwoman of the University Council; Dr. Lam Thanh Hien – Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh – Vice Rector; Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Lan – Vice Rector; Dr. Le Thi Thu Huong – Former Chairwoman of the Labor Union; MA. Dang Dai Hung, – Chairman of the Labor Union; along with members of the Labor Union Executive Committee and representatives from units under the University.

A key highlight of the event was a talk show on "Knowledge on bone and joint diseases, stroke: Prevention and treatment" presented by MA. Nguyen Thuy Linh, a reporter from Project 818. The session drew great interest and attention from attendees.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Lam Thanh Hien, Rector of LHU expressed his appreciation for the dedication and valuable contributions made by female educators and staff while extending his best wishes to them.

On this special occasion, the Organizing Committee presented flowers to outstanding individuals for their contributions during the 2020–2025 period; and awarded prizes for the "LHU Graceful Ao Dai Photo Contest 2025" and the "Tet Landscape Decoration Contest – At Ty 2025".
